Operator Permits definition

Operator Permits means the authorizations, consents, exemptions, decrees, licenses, permits, certificates, requirements, orders and approvals identified on Exhibit C and all other authorizations, consents, exemptions, decrees, licenses, permits, certificates, requirements, orders and approvals (other than the Owner Permits) now or hereafter required under applicable Law and Governmental Requirements to qualify Operator to operate the Facility and to perform the Services.
Operator Permits means all certificates, visas, permits, licences or any other documents necessary for the performance of the Operator's obligations under this Agreement.
Operator Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13.

Examples of Operator Permits in a sentence

  • Upon Operator’s reasonable request, Owner shall cooperate and assist in obtaining and maintaining the Operator Permits.

  • Lender and Borrower acknowledge the foregoing arrangement with respect to the Operator Permits and issuance of New Operator Permits.

  • Borrower agrees to cause Operator to apply for the issuance of new Operator Permits (the “New Operator Permits”) in a timely manner.

  • Pursuant to applicable law, the licenses and permits required for Operator to operate the Projects as a skilled nursing facility (the “Operator Permits”) may not be transferred or new Operator Permits issued prior to August 1st of any calendar year and application of such transfer or issuance cannot be made more than thirty (30) days prior to August 1, 2013.

  • Dispatching and control personnel must be knowledgeable of the Metropolitan Washington Area, the Airport, other modes of ground transportation service from the Airport, taxicab regulations of the Authority and the licensing jurisdictions from which holders of Airport Taxi Operator Permits come, and regulations of the Authority that govern other Commercial Ground Transportation Services at the Airport.

  • Schedule 3 attached hereto also identifies the Assumed Permits, the Transition Permits (including each party that will rely on a Transition Permit), the Transferred Operator Permits (including each party that will assume each Transferred Operator Permit) and all of the Operator Approvals (including each Operator that will receive each Operator Approval).

  • The Company is, and their businesses and operations have been conducted, in compliance in all material respects with the terms of the Permits, and, to the Seller’s Knowledge, there has not occurred any default under any of the Operator Permits.

Related to Operator Permits

  • Transferred Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b).

  • Parent Permits has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Required Permits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.24.

  • Applicable Permits means all clearances, licences, permits, authorisations, no objection certificates, consents, approvals and exemptions required to be obtained or maintained under Applicable Laws in connection with the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project Facilities during the subsistence of this Agreement;

  • Governmental Permits means all authorizations, approvals, licenses, registrations, certificates or exemptions issued by any Governmental Authority to Borrowers that are required or necessary for the development, manufacture, distribution, marketing, storage, transportation, use, or sale of the Loan Parties’ products.
