Operations System definition

Operations System. (as defined in Telcordia, standards in effect as of the date hereof) is defined as follows: The system is down or an interface between two systems has failed. A fix is required immediately. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of written notification from Customer of a priority one (1) (Critical) UCR, Seller shall acknowledge receipt thereof in writing and confirm or deny in writing the existence of the conditions stated in the UCR. Seller must provide a permanent resolution within thirty (30) days of such written notification from Customer.
