Operations Guide definition

Operations Guide means the Operations Guide attached hereto as EXHIBIT D, as the same shall be amended from time to time by Owner.
Operations Guide means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ run book or manual that sets out the processes and procedures for performing the Services and working with Customer. The Operations Guide may be in hard or electronic copy format and may include information posted on a wiki. The Operations Guide is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Intellectual Property and Confidential Information. Party means each of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Customer. Patch means a minor update to a software program that is supplied by the software provider to correct deficiencies or security issues in its software program. Patch does not include any New Release, new version or any update to a software program that cannot be installed remotely in less than 60 minutes. Personal Information means any information or data that is subject to any Privacy Law. Pre-existing IP means any Intellectual Property Rights that existed prior to the date when the Proposal is signed or that are developed independently of this Agreement.
Operations Guide means the Operations Guide attached hereto as Exhibit D, as the same shall be amended from time to time by Seller.

  • Reimbursement for equipment will be based on adhering to the minimum staffing levels as identified in Firescope Field Operations Guide 420-1, and the CFAA Rate Letter applicable at the time of the incident.

  • Parts return policies shall be as set forth in the Operations Guide for the SM Program.

  • HP or its authorized representatives may audit SM to determine compliance with terms and conditions set forth in this SM Agreement and Operations Guide for the SM Program.


More Definitions of Operations Guide

Operations Guide means the Operations Guide attached hereto as Exhibit E, as the same shall be amended from time to time by Servicer.
Operations Guide means the guidelines the Company provide from time to time in connection with the Customer’s operation of the Tele-services, which may include guidance (a) in hard copy form (for example, in a user manual or by letter); (b) spoken guidelines (for example, by any technical helpdesk the Company or the Bank may operate); and (c) in the Bank’s or the Company’s website from time to time.
Operations Guide means the “▇▇▇▇ Usage” section of the document IBM maintains which describes the trademark usage guidelines found HERE.

Operations Guide. The document that defines the processes, responsibilities and relationships of Contractor and HCA for the Operations and Maintenance of the ECM solution.

Related to Operations Guide

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and ▇▇▇ Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Operations Plan means the document by which PURCHASER notifies STATE of the plans and schedule for completing the operations described in the contract. It also contains the names of the subcontractors, PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives, and STATE's Authorized Representatives. Permit means any permit required by a federal, state, or local government agency before operations under this contract may lawfully begin or continue. Permit includes an incidental take permit under the federal Endangered Species Act.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Project Operations Manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the said manual may be amended from time to time, with the prior written approval of the Bank, and such term includes any schedules to the POM.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Operating Guidelines means the guidelines for the creation and redemption of Units of a class as set out in the schedule to each Participation Agreement as amended from time to time by the Manager with the approval of the Trustee, and where applicable, with the approval of HKSCC and the Conversion Agent, and following consultation, to the extent reasonably practicable, with the relevant Participating Dealers subject always, in respect of the relevant Operating Guidelines for a Participating Dealer, any amendment being notified in writing by the Manager in advance to the relevant Participating Dealer. Unless otherwise specified, references to the Operating Guidelines shall be to the Operating Guidelines for the relevant Sub-Fund applicable at the time of the relevant Application.
