This Annex becomes effective upon the contract start date of NASA Contract No. 80JSC024DA024, Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory Operations Contract (NOC II) ("Effective Date") and shall remain in effect until the conclusion or termination of NOC II, including the exercise of all NOC II options and extensions, or termination of the Annex by either Party in accordance with the terms of Article 7, whichever comes first.
