  • Purpose of borrowing: Operation Activities and Raw Material Purchase.

  • Party B shall be entitled to use the logo, tradename, trademarks of Party A during the term of this Agreement in connection with the Operation Activities provided for under the Agreement.

  • Landlord and its activities on the Easement Areas or other Property and any grant of rights therein that Landlord makes to any party shall not interfere with the Construction and Operation Activities.

  • Tenant shall keep the Premises free and clear of all liens and claims of lien for labor and services performed on, and materials, supplies or equipment furnished to, the Premises in connection with the Diligence Activities and Construction and Operation Activities; provided, however, that if Tenant wishes to contest any such lien, Tenant shall, within forty-five (45) days after it receives written notice of the filing of such lien, remove or bond over such lien pursuant to applicable law.

  • Landlord shall pay all real property taxes on the Property, including the Premises and Easement Areas; provided, however, that Tenant shall pay directly for any rollback real property taxes assessed against the Property due to the loss of any exemption, privilege, special assessment method or reduction in property taxes resulting solely from the conduct of the Construction and Operation Activities.

  • A non-exclusive easement to trim, cut down and remove any trees (whether natural or cultivated), brush, vegetation and fire and electrical hazards which exist from time to time on any part of the Premises or Property which Tenant determines are reasonably likely to interfere with or endanger the Solar Project Improvements or the Construction and Operation Activities.

  • IT-infrastruktur IT Operations (Service Operation) Activities carried out by IT Operations Control, including Console Management, Job Scheduling, Backup and Restore, and Print and Output Management.

  • Coordinate Water Management, Restoration Design, Construction, and Operation Activities with MSMVCD.

  • To Landlord’s knowledge, there are no Liens affecting the Property which could, currently or prospectively, interfere with the Construction and Operation Activities, the Solar Project Improvements, access to the Premises or over the Premises to such Solar Project Improvements, or the undertaking of any other activities permitted hereunder.

Related to Operation Activities

  • Construction Activities means construction of ramp(s), boundary wall and other constructions by the bidder / contractor at the TSs as per the design and specifications agreed by the Procuring Agency.

  • Collaboration Activities means the activities set out in this Agreement

  • Activities has the meaning specified in Section 7.02(b).

  • Power production activities means any business operation that involves a project commissioned by the government of Iran whose purpose is to facilitate power generation and delivery, including, but not limited to, establishing power-generating plants or hydroelectric dams, selling or installing components for the project, providing service contracts related to the installation or maintenance of the project, as well as facilitating such activities, including by providing supplies or services in support of such activities.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.
