Operating Procedure definition

Operating Procedure means the standard form 2015 CAPL Operating Procedure, together with the standard form 1996 PASC Accounting Procedure, with the elections and amendments as described in Schedule “B”, which documents are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and become effective as of the Effective Date.
Operating Procedure means the 1990 CAPL Operating Procedure attached to and forming part of this Agreement as Schedule "B" and includes the Accounting Procedure attached as Exhibit "1" thereto;
Operating Procedure means the 1990 CAPL Operating Procedure together with the 1996 PASC Accounting Procedure including the elections and revisions thereof, which are attached to this Head Agreement as Schedule “C”;

More Definitions of Operating Procedure

Operating Procedure means any operating procedure for Online Banking established by us or any agent of ours;
