Operating Budget Category definition

Operating Budget Category means, at any time with respect to each Operating Budget, each line item set forth in such Operating Budget in effect at such time.

Operating Budget Category means (a) individually, any line item category set forth in that portion of the then-current Annual Operating Budget showing sources and uses of Project funds, and (b) collectively, all line item categories set forth in that portion of the then-current Annual Operating Budget showing sources and uses of Project funds.

Examples of Operating Budget Category in a sentence

  • The operating statements shall be certified as complete and correct by an Authorized Officer of Issuer who also shall certify that the expenses reflected therein for each Operating Budget Category for the Fiscal Year to date and for each Fiscal Quarter therein did not exceed the provision for such classification and period contained in the Operating Budget then in effect, or, if any of such certifications cannot be given, stating in reasonable detail the necessary qualifications to such certifications.
