Open Records Act. The Contractor understands that the Georgia Open Records Act ("ORA"), (O.C.G.A. Section 50-18-70, et. seq.) is applicable to the services provided pursuant to this Contract and agrees to comply with all provisions of the ORA and to make records pertaining to the performance of services or functions under this Contract available for public inspection upon request, unless otherwise exempt under other provisions of the ORA.
