OPDP definition

OPDP means the FDA’s Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (formerly the Division of Drug Marketing, Advertising and Communications or DDMAC) or any successor Governmental Authority performing comparable functions.
OPDP means Office for Personal Data Protection which is an independent supervisory authority in the Czech Republic in terms of the GDPR, authorized to supervise compliance with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations;
OPDP means the FDA’s Office of Prescription Drug Promotion and any successor divisions having substantially the same functions.
