  • Bentley shall have the sole right to control the format, content, delivery and all other aspects of Online SELECT.

  • Bentley specifically reserves the right at any time to modify the information provided through Online SELECT, discontinue any portion of Online SELECT, or terminate any Online SELECT service altogether without providing Subscriber any prior notice.

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Online tool means an electronic service provided by a custodian that allows the user, in an agreement distinct from the terms-of-service agreement between the custodian and user, to provide directions for disclosure or nondisclosure of digital assets to a third person.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Mobile electronic device means any hand-held or other portable electronic equipment capable of providing data communication between two or more individuals, including, but not limited to, a text messaging device, a paging device, a personal digital assistant, a laptop computer, equipment that is capable of playing a video game or a digital video disk, or equipment on which digital images are taken or transmitted.
