OMR&R definition

OMR&R means operation, maintenance, repair and replacement, operated, maintained, repaired or replaced or any variation or combination of the same as the context of this Contract may dictate.
OMR&R means the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation (B.C. Reg. 18/2002) as amended or replaced from time to time; and,

  • NORESCO performs its roles as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and operations, maintenance, repair, and replacement (OMRR) contractor with full support and guarantee of performance deductions and key performance indicators (KPIs) as an integral part of the P3 team.

  • Notwithstanding, Customer shall not be required to hold the City harmless or indemnify it against claims, suits or actions arising solely from the OMR&R of the City System.

  • It shall be the obligation of the Customer to construct, OMR&R the Local Sewer System to transport Wastewater originating within the Service Area to the point of connection to the City System.

  • The costs of such normal and required OMR&R shall be shared equally by both parties (50% to each).

  • During the Term of this Contract, the Local Sewer System shall be properly OMR&R.

Related to OMR&R

  • CPD means verifiable continuing professional development, as described in the General Dental Council's publication of April 2000, "Lifelong Learning – Taking Dentistry Forward", and may include attendance at approved postgraduate education courses but does not include any quality improvement activities within the meaning of paragraph 40 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 in respect of which he is claiming an allowance in accordance with Determination XI of this Statement;

  • HCD means the California Department of Housing and Community Development.

  • CM means City Manager of COE appointed in terms of Section 82 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998

  • PCU means the Project coordinating unit referred to in Section 3.04 of this Agreement;

  • POPIA means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013;
