Official Entity definition

Official Entity has the meaning specified in Section 12.2.2.
Official Entity means any regulator, government, government body, governmental or administrative agency, any self-regulatory body recognised as such under applicable law or official trade body, but not a pensions entity.
Official Entity has the meaning specified in Section 12.2.2. “Original Agreement” has the meaning specified in the Recitals.
