OFFERED NOTE REGISTER means, as the context requires, the Euro Note Register, the US Dollar Note Register, or both.
OFFERED NOTE REGISTER means the US Dollar Note Register.
Note Register shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.
Equipment Note Register has the meaning specified in Section 2.07 of the Indenture.
Note Register and Note Registrar As defined in the Indenture.
Offered Notes The Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes and the Class D Notes.
Registered Notes has the meaning specified in Section 2.1.
Certificate Register The register maintained pursuant to Section 5.02.
Registered Noteholder means the Person in whose name a Note is registered on the Note Register on the applicable Record Date.
Registered Note means a Note in registered form;
Securities Register and "Securities Registrar" have the respective meanings specified in Section 5.4.
Certificate Register and Certificate Registrar The register maintained and the registrar appointed, respectively, pursuant to Section 5.03.
Offered Certificate Any one of the Class A Certificates and the Mezzanine Certificates, issued under this Agreement.
Branch Register means any branch Register of such category or categories of Members as the Company may from time to time determine.
Transfer Restricted Notes means Definitive Notes and any other Notes that bear or are required to bear the Restricted Notes Legend.
Restricted Notes means Initial Notes and Additional Notes bearing one of the restrictive legends described in Section 2.1(d).
Note Registrar shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(a).
Trust Register and “Trust Registrar” have the meanings stated in Section 3.2 of the Trust Agreement.
Verified Note Owner means a Note Owner that has provided the Indenture Trustee or the Servicer, as applicable, with each of (i) a written certification that it is a beneficial owner of a specified principal amount of Outstanding Notes and (ii) a trade confirmation, an account statement, a letter from a broker or dealer or other similar document showing that such Note Owner is a beneficial owner of such principal amount of Outstanding Notes.
Bond Register means the books for the registration, transfer and exchange of Bonds kept at the office of the Bond Registrar.
Registered Certificate Any Certificate that has been the subject of registration under the Securities Act. As of the Closing Date, the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-SB, Class X-A, Class X-B, Class A-S, Class B, Class C and Class PEX Certificates constitute Registered Certificates.
Transfer Restricted Definitive Notes means Definitive Notes that bear or are required to bear or are subject to the Restricted Notes Legend.
Uncertificated Securities Register means the record of Uncertificated Securities administered and maintained by a Participant or Central Securities Depositary, as determined in accordance with the rules of the Central Securities Depositary.
Initial Noteholders shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
Additional Purchased Securities Securities provided by Seller to Buyer pursuant to Paragraph 4(a) hereof;
Public Register means the College’s register that is available to the public.
PPS Register means the Personal Property Securities Register established under the PPSA;
Definitive Registered Note means a certificated Note registered in the name of the Holder thereof that does not include the Global Notes Legend.
