Offer of Specified Discount Prepayment definition

Offer of Specified Discount Prepayment means the offer by Parent or any of its Subsidiaries to make a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a discount to par pursuant to Section 2.19(b).

Offer of Specified Discount Prepayment means the offer by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to make a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a discount to par pursuant to Section 2.16(b).
