NWT Financial Statements means the audited consolidated balance sheets of NWT as at December 31, 2006 and 2005, the audited consolidated statements of operations and deficits, audited consolidated statements of cash flows, audited consolidated statements of shareholders' equity, and audited consolidated statements of interest in exploration properties and deferred exploration expenditures of NWT for the financial years ended December 31, 2006, 2005 and 2004, the unaudited consolidated balance sheets of NWT as at September 30, 2007, and the unaudited consolidated statements of income (loss) and comprehensive income, unaudited consolidated statements of cash flows, unaudited consolidated statements of shareholders' equity, unaudited consolidated statements of interest in exploration properties and deferred exploration expenditures of NWT for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2007, and, in each case, the notes thereto;
