Nursing facility services means the level of care provided in a medical institution licensed for nursing services or skilled nursing services for the purposes of rule 441—75.23(249A).

Nursing facility services. The STAR+PLUS MCO must ensure Members have access to Nursing Facility services effective March 1, 2015. Nursing facilities that are licensed, certified, and have a valid DADS contract on September 1, 2013, will be included on the STP list.
