NPDP. National ParcelMap Data Portal, LICENSOR’s national parcel layer content serviceLICENSOR Product” refers to NPDP, a digital parcel map database layer with extended attributes for every County within the LICENSOR’s “Coverage Area” provided as-is from County data sponsors. Each such database is supported by Metadata files. The LICENSOR Product is delivered online within the ArcGIS Online operations and upon download, upon desktop.
