Payment for Series or Class shares shall be made in federal funds transmitted to the Trust by wire to be received by the Trust by 2:00 pm Eastern Time on the Notice Day (unless the Trust determines and so advises the Company that sufficient proceeds are available from redemption of shares of other Series or Classes effected pursuant to redemption requests tendered by the Company on behalf of the Account).
