Nonfunctional turf definition

Nonfunctional turf means any turf that is not functional turf, and includes the turf located within street rights-of-way and parking lots.
Nonfunctional turf means any turf that is solely ornamental and not regularly used for human recreational purposes or for civic or community events. Nonfunctional turf does not include sports fields

  • Electric generation service means the provision of retail

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).
