Non-voting Delegates definition

Non-voting Delegates means two individuals who are nominated by Associate Mem- bers to represent them at General Meetings of the Company. Their nomination will be valid for a maximum of eighteen months from the date of their being nominated. Each Associate Member will be required to re-nominate non-voting delegates every January

  • Non-Voting Shares means a particular Class of Shares that do not carry the right to

  • Special Voting Unit means a special voting unit of the REIT;

  • Special Voting Units means special voting units in the capital of the REIT, and “Special Voting Unit” means any one of them.

  • Non-Voting Member means a member of a Committee or Sub- Committee of the Council who is not a member of the Council and is not entitled to vote on any matter coming before that Committee or Sub- Committee;

  • Special Voting Share means, in relation to the Corporation, the Carnival Special Voting Share and, in relation to P&O Princess, the P&O Princess Special Voting Share.
