Special Voting Unit definition

Special Voting Unit means a special voting unit of the REIT;
Special Voting Unit means a Partnership Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Special Voting Units in this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, holders of Special Voting Units, in their capacity as such, shall not have any rights to ownership or profits or losses or any rights to receive distributions from operations or upon the liquidation or winding-up of the Partnership.
Special Voting Unit means a special voting unit of the Fund to be issued to the holders of securities exchangeable into Units, and which shall entitle the holder to vote at any meeting of Voting Unitholders.

Examples of Special Voting Unit in a sentence

  • Each Special Voting Unit entitles the holder thereof to one vote at all meetings of Unitholders or with respect to any written resolution of Unitholders.

  • One Special Voting Unit is issued to the holder of every Exchangeable Unit held, which entitles the holder to one vote per Special Voting Unit at any meeting of Unitholders.

More Definitions of Special Voting Unit

Special Voting Unit means a special voting unit of the Trust;
