Non-Employees definition

Non-Employees means any consultant of the Company or director of the Company who is not an employee of the Company.
Non-Employees means any consultant or other independent contractor providing bona fide services to the Company or a member of the Board who is not an employee of the Company.
Non-Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.15(b).
