Non-Disputed Amount as defined in Section 10.8.

Examples of Non-Disputed Amount in a sentence

  • If Seller delivers a Dispute Notice to Buyer in which Seller disputes only a portion of the Post-Closing Claim, Seller shall specify in the Dispute Notice the amount of the Post-Closing Claim that Seller does not dispute (the "Non-Disputed Amount") and the amount of the Post-Closing Claim which Sellers disputes (the "Disputed Amount") and Buyer shall be permitted to draw on the Letter of Credit only to the extent of the Non-Disputed Amount.

  • Disputed Amount means an amount which Customer disputes. A Disputed Amount may relate to the whole or part of an invoice(s).

  • Disputed Amounts as used in Section 11.9 below, means the amount that the Disputing Party contends is incorrectly billed.
