Non-Compete Deed definition

Non-Compete Deed means the non-compete deed in the form set out in Schedule K and executed and delivered by each of the persons set out in Schedule L; "NON-DISCLOSING PARTIES" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 11.4;
Non-Compete Deed means the non-compete deed to be entered into between Alibaba Group Holding Limited and the Purchaser, in substantially the form set out in Schedule 9;
Non-Compete Deed the non-competition deed entered into among Taiwan FF, Hong Kong GF and ▇▇. ▇▇▇ on 22 December 2005, as set out in the listing document of the Company dated 30 December 2005 “percentage ratios” has the meaning as ascribed to it under the Listing Rules
