Non-appropriation-supported note means any short-term financial borrowing instrument for which loan payments do not originate from an appropriation of the General Assembly;
Convention support order means a support order of a tribunal of a foreign country described in section 102(e)(iv).
Litigation support means administrative, technical, or professional services provided in support of the Government during or in anticipation of litigation.
Transaction Support Agreement means that certain Transaction Support Agreement, together with all exhibits, annexes, and schedules thereto, dated as of March 15, 2019, and as amended on April 10, 2019, by and among NMG, Inc. and its subsidiaries, the Consenting Sponsors, an ad hoc committee of holders of 2013 Term Loans, an ad hoc committee of holders of Cash Pay Notes and PIK Toggle Notes, and each of the additional parties who delivered a joinder thereto.
Litigation support contractor means a contractor (including its experts, technical consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers) providing litigation support under a contract that contains the clause at 252.204-7014, Limitations on the Use or Disclosure of Information by Litigation Support Contractors.
Non-Supported Interest Shortfall As defined in Section 4.02.
Non-Supported Interest Shortfalls As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of Prepayment Interest Shortfalls exceeds Compensating Interest for such Distribution Date.
Termination Sum means the percentage of the Tariff payable by the Client to the Service Provider pursuant to Clause 18.4 and as set out in Appendix B; and

Erroneous Payment Subrogation Rights has the meaning assigned to it in Section 10.14(d).
Erroneous Payment Notice has the meaning assigned to it in Section 7.9.
Fault means a default, breach, or wrongful act or omission.
Information Security shall have the same meanings as the terms “information technology” and “information security”, respectively, in §24-37.5-102, C.R.S. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein or in the HIPAA Rules shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Contract.
Background investigation means the investigation conducted by a licensee or applicant to support the determination of trustworthiness and reliability.
Deemed Material and Adverse Representation Each representation and warranty identified as such in Section 9.02 of this Agreement.
Information Security Program means the administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that a licensee uses to access, collect, distribute, process, protect, store, use, transmit, dispose of, or otherwise handle nonpublic information.
Appropriate List Matching Data means (A) account registration and alternate payee data, to the extent made appropriate by statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists, (ii) data determined by BNYM in light of statutes, rules or regulations governing the U.S. Government Lists to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5), and (iii) data the parties agree in writing to be necessary to provide the services described in this Section 3(b)(5).
Erroneous Payment Deficiency Assignment has the meaning assigned to it in Section 10.10(d).
Indemnifying Party Information All information in the Prospectus Supplement or any amendment or supplement thereto (i) contained under the headings "Summary--Relevant Parties--Responsible Party "The Mortgage Loan Pool--Underwriting Guidelines" and (ii) regarding the Mortgage Loans, the related mortgagors and/or the related Mortgaged Properties (but in the case of this clause (ii), only to the extent any untrue statement or omission of a material fact arose from or is based upon errors or omissions in the information concerning the Mortgage Loans, the related mortgagors and/or the related Mortgaged Properties, as applicable, provided to the Depositor or any affiliate by or on behalf of the Indemnifying Party), [and static pool information regarding mortgage loans originated or acquired by the seller [and included in the Prospectus Supplement, the Offering Circular or the Comp Materials][incorporated by reference from the Seller's website at [________]].
Fraud Claim means any claim based in whole or in part upon fraud, willful misconduct or intentional misrepresentation.
Erroneous Payment Impacted Class has the meaning assigned to it in Section 11.15(d).
Erroneous Payment as defined in Section 9.14(a).
Informed choice means that the consumer is presented with complete and unbiased information on his or her long-term care options, including, but not limited to, the benefits, shortcomings, and potential consequences of those options, upon which he or she can base his or her decision.
alternate aerodrome means an aerodrome to which an aircraft may proceed when it becomes either impossible or inadvisable to proceed to or to land at the aerodrome of intended landing where the necessary services and facilities are available, where aircraft performance requirements can be met and which is operational at the expected time of use;
Informed decision means a decision by a qualified patient, to request and obtain a prescription for medication that the qualified patient may self-administer to end his or her life in a humane and dignified manner, that is based on an appreciation of the relevant facts and after being fully informed by the attending physician of:
certification scheme means the ‘Human Services Scheme Part 1 – Common requirements for bodies certifying Human Services’ and ‘Human Services Scheme Part 2 – Additional requirements for bodies certifying Human Services in Queensland’ approved by XXX-ANZ under which bodies accredited by XXX-ANZ can, through Certification Audits, certify and re-certify that an organisation is delivering human services in compliance with the Quality Standards, published on the website at xxx.xxx-anz.com.au or such other website as We may from time to time notify You;
