No Charge Services means Cloud Services provides to Customer at no cost. In no event shall support or ancillary services that Qualys provides as part of, or related to, Cloud Services where the pricing is bundled within the pricing for Cloud Services be deemed to be No Charge Services. Please note that the No Charge Services have modified terms as indicated within this Agreement.

Examples of No Charge Services in a sentence

  • Following the initial term, No Charge Services shall be eligible for renewal on a yearly basis under the same terms and conditions, provided the program continues to exist.

  • No Charge Services will be provided depending on time, available staffing, and expertise.

  • Except where a different initial term is stated in the applicable Order Form, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ shall cause SFDC to provide No Charge Services to Customer for an initial term of twelve (12) months.

  • If You have registered for Trial Services and do not sign up for No Charge Services or purchase Discounted Services, this Agreement will terminate upon the expiration of the Trial Services.

  • Provided You are eligible (see Section 3.1, Customer Eligibility) in Our sole discretion, except where a different initial term is stated in the applicable Order Form, We shall cause SFDC to provide No Charge Services for an initial term of twelve (12) months.

  • These warranties shall not apply to No Charge Services which is provided “AS IS”.

  • Further, Customer must provide documentation to validate its status upon request from Us. We reserve the right in Our sole discretion to change an Order Form, or to deny a request for No Charge Services or Services, or to refer the Customer’s request for Services to SFDC.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing or anything to the contrary herein, We offer No Charge Services at Our sole discretion and may terminate such No Charge Services at any time upon written notice (typically 30 days where practicable to do so).

  • This Section shall only apply if and to the extent that: (I) the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"); and/or (ii) the laws of other states and territories that create and regulate substantially similar concepts and legal principles as are contained in the GDPR apply to any of the data with which you use the Service and/or No Charge Services.

  • This Section 9.1 shall not apply any claims, demands, suits or proceedings nor any damages, attorneys fees or costs regarding to No Charge Services.

Related to No Charge Services

  • Retail charge agreement means an instrument prescribing the terms of a secured or unsecured retail installment transaction that may be made under the instrument from time to time and under the terms of which a time price differential is to be computed in relation to the buyer's unpaid balance from time to time.

  • Maritime cargo handling services means activities exercised by stevedore companies, including terminal operators, but not including the direct activities of dockers, when this workforce is organised independently of the stevedoring or terminal operator companies. The activities covered include the organisation and supervision of:

  • Middle Office Services Agreement means the agreement between BNY Mellon and TRP covering middle offices services and obligations during the transition period and end-state operations, as may be amended from time-to-time.
