Except as otherwise provided in this Article, the mechanics for the deduction of representation fees will follow the NJEA guidelines and the transmission of such fees to the Association will, as nearly as possible, be the same as those used for the deduction and transmission of regular membership dues to the Association.
In the event that any member of the Association is elected to the position of President of the M.C.E.A., N.J.E.A., or N.E.A., which requires a full-time commitment of the member, he/she will be granted a leave of absence without pay.
All secretaries shall be allowed two (2) days, with pay, to attend the N.J.E.A. Convention.
NJEA shall disburse such monies to the appropriate association/associations.
