GPS/NGPS Institutions: Non-GPS institutions (NGPS Institutions) are Affiliates that are not part of GPS as determined previously by Laureate but have become part of the existing GPS contract enjoying GPS special pricing terms.
All other current contracts with Affiliates shall continue pursuant to their current terms, except as otherwise specifically set forth below for NGPS Institutions.
