New Tembec definition

New Tembec means Tembec Arrangement Inc., a corporation incorporated under the CBCA, the name of which is expected to be changed to Tembec Inc. (or such other name which is acceptable to the Director) on the Effective Date.

Related to New Tembec

  • Mining Plan means a mining plan drawn in accordance with clause (b) of sub-section

  • Original Plan has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • TLR means the NERC Transmission Loading Relief Procedures used in the Eastern Interconnection as specified in NERC Operating Policies.

  • Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
