Neurology definition

Neurology means a medical specialty dealing with disorders of the nervous system. Specifically, neurology deals with the diagnosis and treatment of all categories of disease involving the central and peripheral nervous system.
Neurology means the treatment of central nervous system autoimmune disorders or diseases wherein the disorder or disease is specific to the central nervous system (e.g., multiple sclerosis).
