Network Vendors means any third parties providing information communication services to Equifax which are accessed or will be accessed through the Network.

  • D.I. capabilities are implemented with the BCF Network, BCF may develop and implement a system, (with the assistance of C-ME to ensure conformity throughout its Networks), to (a) transmit orders from BCF buyers and other related personnel to each of its Network Vendors, (b) issue invoices for merchandise sold via the BCF Network and (c) facilitate and track the shipping of merchandise between Network Vendors and BCF.

  • Contractor shall coordinate with Company and the Network Vendors to establish for each Market a schedule at the Site level (the “Deployment Schedule”) for the delivery, installation and connection by the Network Vendors of all goods, services, labor and equipment necessary for the timely development of the Network in that Market and ensure the Work in each Market is performed in accordance with the Deployment Schedule and Throughput Model (defined in Section 3.2).

  • Contractor shall cooperate with all Network Vendors and other Company suppliers, service providers and contractors as appropriate to enable the timely and efficient completion of the Site Services for each Site and the build-out of Company’s terrestrial wireless network.

  • This Exhibit does not transfer Global title of any ownership rights or rights in patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets included in Mercury Information Systems.

Related to Network Vendors

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;
