  • If Customer subsequently cancels its direct debit instruction without arranging an alternative direct debit mandate, Tela or the Network Carrier shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for material breach.

Related to Network Carrier

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
