Examples of Netopia Option in a sentence

  • A StarNet Option holder's pre-Merger employment service with StarNet will be credited to such holder for purposes of applying any vesting schedule contained in the Netopia Option issued to such holder upon the conversion of such StarNet Option in the Merger in order to determine the number of shares of Netopia Common Stock that are exercisable under such Netopia Option at any point in time.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
