The Power Usage clause defines the rules and limitations regarding the consumption of electrical power within a specified context, such as a leased property or a service agreement. Power Usage. A record shall be kept monthly by the Customer, and provided on a calendar year basis to the Authority on or before the last day of February following the end of the most recent calendar year, of the maximum demand utilized each month in the Facility receiving the power covered by the Agreement.
