Negative Marking definition

Negative Marking means deduction of 1 (One Third) marks for each wrong/ multiple answers. For each question for which a Wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one third of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty and if a candidate gives more than one answer, it will be treated as a Wrong answer even if one of the given answers happens to be correct and there will be same penalty as above to that question and also if a question is left blank, i. e., no answer is given by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

  • CE marking means a marking by which the manufacturer indicates that the product is in conformity with the applicable requirements set out in Union harmonisation legislation providing for its affixing;

  • maximum content of non-originating materials means the maximum content of non-originating materials which is permitted in order to consider a manufacture to be working or processing sufficient to confer originating status on the product. It may be expressed as a percentage of the ex-works price of the product or as a percentage of the net weight of these materials used falling under a specified group of chapters, chapter, heading or subheading;

  • Marketing Materials has the meaning given to it in NI 41-101;

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.
