National Health Reference Price List or “NHRPL” means the benefit tariff set annually by the Department of Health as a guideline for charges by medical service providers or any replacement of the NHRPL effected by a change in law or statute or the generally accepted industry equivalent thereof.

  • Day-ahead System Energy Price means the System Energy Price resulting from the Day- ahead Energy Market.

  • Reference plane means a plane which is displaced from and parallel to the tomographic plane.
