  • NAS shall, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, fully compensate Agent for sales of the NAS Telecom Services provided through NAS’ service provider, NUI, and accepted by NAS, provided that the sale of the NAS Telecom Services was originated by Agent.
