MRB Program definition

MRB Program means the Corporation's MRB program for the financing of Mortgage Loans through the purchase of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae Securities, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Securities and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac PCs, as contemplated by this MRB Origination Agreement and the MRB Servicing Agreement.
MRB Program means a single-family home mortgage program that is funded using tax exempt mortgage revenue bonds under Internal Revenue Code §143 (26 U.S. Code §143) and the applicable IRS rules and regulations, including 26 CFR 1.103 A-2 and 6a.103 A-1, -2 and -3.

  • Any failure of the Corporation or the Servicer to inform Lender of changes or proposed changes in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mac rules and regulations affecting the MRB Program shall not relieve Lender of its obligations under this subsection (u).

  • The Corporation’s online system will provide the Lender an email notification that the documents uploaded successfully, and within three (3) Business Days of the Corporation's receipt of such Compliance Package whether or not the Corporation has approved the Mortgage Loan for origination under the MRB Program and, if the Mortgage Loan will not be approved, the reasons therefore listed as conditions to be satisfied.

  • The Lender agrees to use reasonable diligence to originate Targeted Area Mortgage Loans, including, without limitation, periodic advertisements in newspapers and other media of the availability of mortgage funds under the MRB Program for persons intending to purchase Residential Housing Units in Targeted Areas.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.
