MPM Materials definition

MPM Materials means: (i) chemical substances whether molecular or formulated and whether polymeric, monomeric or elemental which are based on the element silicon; (ii) sealants and adhesives, and adhesion promoters; (iii) catalytic materials including, without limitation, those based on the elements or species tin, amines, nickel, platinum, titanium and palladium; (iv) urethane additives and formulations containing the same; (v) additives for personal care products and resulting formulations; (vi) coatings; (vii) cross-linking agents and coupling agents; (viii) hardcoat formulations; (viii) ceramic powders for industrial use in the manufacture of a wide variety of goods; (ix) thermal management products for use in heat transfer applications; (x) ceramic parts and coated articles, electric resistance heating elements, and related components for use in various industrial processes; (xi) fabricated articles made from fused silica, fused quartz or glass for use in the semiconductor, electronics, metallurgical, thin film and other industries; (xii) ceramic heaters and heater assemblies; (xii) metal carbide coatings; and (xiii) synthetic silicone dioxide and modifications thereof.

Related to MPM Materials

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.
