Mortgage Transfers shall be construed as references to those things to the extent that the Seller has an interest in them.

  • Whole Loan Transfer Any sale or transfer of some or all of the Mortgage Loans, other than a Securitization Transaction.

  • Servicing Transfer Event means any of the events specified in the Servicing Agreement, whereby the servicing of the Mortgage Loan is required to be transferred to the Special Servicer from the Master Servicer.
