Mortgage Loans in Liquidation definition

Mortgage Loans in Liquidation means those Mortgage Loans with respect to which the Mortgage Loan Obligor has failed to respond to PMC’s demand and acceleration letters, and to which PMC has determined that the best course of action is to liquidate the Mortgage Loan in order to foreclose on the collateral securing the same and has commenced such foreclosure action.
Mortgage Loans in Liquidation means those Mortgage Loans with respect to which the Mortgage Loan Obligor has failed to respond to Borrower's demand and acceleration letters, and to which Borrower has determined that the best course of action is to liquidate the Mortgage Loan in order to foreclose on the collateral securing the same and has commenced such foreclosure action.

A Servicing Shift Loan Combination will no longer be a Serviced Loan Combination on and after the related Servicing Shift Date.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Majority in Liquidation Amount of the Preferred Securities means a vote by the Holder(s), voting separately as a class, of more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Liquidation Amount of all then outstanding Preferred Securities issued by the Issuer.

  • Liquidation Principal The principal portion of Liquidation Proceeds received with respect to each Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan (but not in excess of the principal balance thereof) during the Prior Period.

  • Group I Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Mortgage Loans Such of the mortgage loans transferred and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions hereof as from time to time are held as a part of the Trust Fund (including any REO Property), the mortgage loans so held being identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, notwithstanding foreclosure or other acquisition of title of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • GreenPoint Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans for which GreenPoint is listed as "Servicer" on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Consolidation Loan means a Loan made pursuant to and in full compliance with Section 428C of the Higher Education Act.
