Morphic Technology definition

Morphic Technology means the Morphic Patents, the Morphic Know-How and Morphic’s interest in the Joint Technology.

  • On a Research Program-by-Research Program basis, during the Research Term for a Research Program, Morphic hereby grants to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers (subject to the provisions of Section 7.1.3 (Right to Sublicense)), under the Morphic Technology solely to perform the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Research Activities as set forth under and in accordance with the Research Plan for such Research Program.

  • Morphic desires to grant to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ desires to receive from Morphic, certain licenses and rights under the Morphic Technology to discover and exploit such small molecule compounds discovered in the course of such collaboration.
