Moratorium legislation. Any law which varies prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by a party of any right, power or remedy conferred on it under this agreement is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Moratorium legislation. To the full extent permitted by law all legislation which at any time directly or indirectly:
(a) lessens, varies or affects in favour of the Trustee any obligation under a Trust Document; or
(b) delays, prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by the Redraw Facility Provider of any right, power or remedy conferred by this agreement, is excluded from this agreement.

9.1 Governing law
Moratorium legislation. Unless application is mandatory by Law, any Law will not apply to any State Project Document so as to abrogate or otherwise prejudicially affect any rights given or accruing to the State.
