Common use of Moratorium legislation Clause in Contracts

Moratorium legislation. Without limiting clause 5.3 of the Project Agreement, to the fullest extent permitted by Law, the provisions of all Laws which operate to lessen or affect in favour of a party other than the State any obligation under this Deed, or to prejudicially affect the exercise by the State of any right, power or remedy under this Deed or otherwise, are expressly waived.
