Common use of Moratorium legislation Clause in Contracts

Moratorium legislation. To the full extent permitted by law all legislation which at any time directly or indirectly: (a) lessens, varies or affects in favour of the Trustee any obligation under a Trust Document; or (b) delays, prevents or prejudicially affects the exercise by the Redraw Facility Provider of any right, power or remedy conferred by this agreement, is excluded from this agreement.
