Moratorium legislation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provisions of all existing or future laws which operate or may operate directly or indirectly to lessen or otherwise vary the obligations of any party under this Deed or to delay, curtail or otherwise prevent or prejudicially affect the exercise by any party of any of its rights, remedies or powers under this Deed are expressly negatived and excluded.
