Monthly Additional Interest Amount definition

Monthly Additional Interest Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Monthly Additional Interest Amount. As defined in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Monthly Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to each Note, on each Payment Date after the Anticipated Repayment Date, the amount equal to (a) interest which accrues on such Note for the Interest Period in which the Payment Date occurs, calculated at the Adjusted Interest Rate, minus (b) the Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount for such Payment Date.

  • Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.

  • Shelf Additional Interest Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(d) hereof.

  • Additional Interest Rate With respect to any ARD Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date, the incremental increase in the per annum rate at which such Mortgage Loan accrues interest after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of defaults) as calculated and as set forth in the related Mortgage Loan documents.

  • Daily Interest Amount means an amount calculated by multiplying the Daily Loan Balance of a Loan by the associated Daily Interest Rate on that Loan.

  • Monthly Payment Amount means, with respect to each Payment Date, a payment equal to the amount of interest which has accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period, computed at the Interest Rate.

  • Monthly Excess Interest Amount With respect to each Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the Interest Funds for such Distribution Date exceeds the aggregate amount distributed on such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.04(b) (other than the last clause thereof).

The assumed weighted average Pass-Through Rate will be calculated assuming the Certificate Index is 1.09% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the April 2004 Distribution Date, 1.34% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the May 2004 Distribution Date and 1.59% for any Subsequent Transfer Date prior to the June 2004 Distribution Date.

  • PIK Interest Amount means, in respect of any Interest Payment Date, the amount of interest accrued during an Interest Period calculated based on the PIK Interest Rate applicable during such Interest Period.
