Month-End Invoice definition

Month-End Invoice means, with respect to any calendar month, the Daily Invoice whose Invoice Period includes the final day of such calendar month.

  • Such adjustments shall take effect (and Attachment 1 shall be deemed amended accordingly) in connection with such Month-End Invoice, and shall be used for purposes of calculations in preparing such Month-End Invoice.

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form accepted by the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.
