Model Changes definition

Model Changes has the meaning given in paragraph 4.3 of Schedule 9.1 (Financial and Other Consequences of Change);
Model Changes has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.2 of Schedule 12.3 (Runs of the Financial Model);
Model Changes means: any changes that the parties may agree or the Secretary of State may reasonably determine are required to the Financial Model and/or the Operational Model, as released by the Secretary of State pursuant to either of paragraphs 2.1(d) or 2.2 of Schedule 9.2 (Identity of the Financial Model etc.), for the purposes of the Run of the Financial Model, as a consequence of and in order to give effect to the Revised Inputs.

Examples of Model Changes in a sentence

  • The effective date for the newly designated QSE shall be in accordance with Section 3.10.1, Time Line for Network Operations Model Changes.

  • Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer or by any actual or potential bidder or any designated adviser thereto relating to any specific or any near-term potential Change of Control (whereby "near-term" shall mean that such potential Change of Control is reasonably likely to occur, or is publicly stated by the Issuer or by any such actual or potential bidder or any such designated adviser to be intended to occur, within four months of the date of such announcement or statement).

  • Implementation Date means the date, occurring after the Approval Date, on which the Merger is implemented by the Merging Parties;
