Examples of Mobilization Phase in a sentence

  • Thereafter, by the 15th day of each month during the Mobilization Phase, Operator shall invoice Owner for Mobilization Services one month in advance.

  • Each monthly invoice for Mobilization Services shall be the sum of the projected amount of the following month’s Mobilization Compensation based on the Mobilization Phase Budget as updated by the most recent cash flow analysis by the Administrator.

  • If, however, EPC Contractor causes a delay in the Commercial Operation Date after Owner’s confirmation referred in this Section, Owner will not reimburse any cost incurred by Contractor during Mobilization Phase.

  • If Owner extends the Commercial Operation Date after its confirmation, Owner will pay for the direct and reasonably costs incurred by Contractor during Mobilization Phase.

  • For the Mobilization Services provided by Contractor, Contractor shall invoice the total amount described below (“Mobilization Fee”), which will be divided in 12 (twelve) equal instalments, each to be invoiced monthly, on or about the fifth day of the Mobilization Phase and on or about the fifth of each month thereafter.

Related to Mobilization Phase

  • Mobilization means establishment of sufficiently adequate infrastructure by the CONTRACTOR at "SITE" comprising of construction equipments, aids, tools tackles including setting of site offices with facilities such as power, water, communication etc. establishing manpower organisation comprising of Resident Engineers, Supervising personnel and an adequate strength of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers, who with the so established infrastructure shall be in a position to commence execution of work at site(s), in accordance with the agreed Time Schedule of Completion of Work. "MOBILISATION" shall be considered to have been achieved, if the CONTRACTOR is able to establish infrastructure as per Time Schedule, where so warranted in accordance with agreed schedule of work implementation to the satisfaction of ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE/ EMPLOYER.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Demobilization means removal of all equipment, machinery, manpower from the site after completion of the services with the due permission of EIC.

  • Design Phase means the period during which the Transporter shall prepare a draft project proposal for publication in accordance with section 4.3;

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
